Shubham Upadhyay

Shubham Upadhyay is a software engineering leader based in the New York city area with more than a decade of experience in building complex and scalable software products for top companies like Amazon and Factset Research Systems. At Amazon, Shubham currently works as Senior Software Development Manager and manages multiple global teams of about 60 engineers, data scientists and product managers located across US, Canada, UK, India and Israel. He is leading the development of Amazon's largest Digital Asset Management system for Amazon’s Ads business. At Factset Research Systems, Shubham worked as a Director of Engineering, Head of Analytics and Reporting and API Engineering department, heading four engineering teams located across the US, UK, and the Asia Pacific of more than 50 engineers. In his leadership, his team executed multiple high-priority infrastructure projects including building the future of Factset on the cloud. Academically, Shubham earned a MBA degree from prestigious Yale University School of Management and a Masters of Science degree majoring in Computer Science from University of Southern California. Shubham also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Nagpur University, India.
